Wow! I thought the price was great, even if out of warranty and sans book, etc.

Anything in the car's history that helps explain the attractive price?

The owner never uses the car and wants to buy a 2008 M5 Sedan or an 2008 Alpina B7 instead, therefore likes to do a quick private sale...You can contact me for further details, I will be showing the car this weekend to a prospective Local buyer as well...The owner is good friend of mine and I am simply helping him sell the car to an enthusiast...

Ive had the M5 and have the B7 now and IMHO your friend is making a mistake. The Z8 is a very special car and its value is slowly appreciating. I would urge your friend not to sell but to find a way to hold the Z8. That said, if he truly needs the money for the replacement and is not into the Z8 then I suppose selling is the best route. I would not advise buying either the M5 or B7 though. It makes more sense to lease as the residual values for these vehicles is not good. I love the B7- was infuriated by the M5.

Yeah, I agree Andrew. After all of the other Z8s that I saw online and in person. This was the best car I could find in that price range. Seller was looking for a quick sale, so I think it worked out for him also. I'm doing the same with my 993 C2S now. Selling at slightly lower than asking price in order to move it out of the garage and make room for the Z8.
